A modern take on traditional Alembic stills, this still is lower priced and more compact & durable than its all copper counterparts. The industry standard tri clover fittings provide a leak free system that is easy to disassemble & clean. This still is designed for making flavored spirits and has an output of around 130 proof. It has 1 bubble plate in the sight glass for raising the proof up from that of a simple pot still. The shotgun condenser efficiently knocks down the hot vapor.
