The whiskey still pictured is of one of our 200 gallon Olympic Whiskey Stills. It comes standard with our 10 inch 4-plate bubble plate column. This unit will produce up to 170 proof.  It can be heated with a low pressure steam boiler or with a self contained electric jacketed heating system.  This still is great for producing whiskey, bourbon, moonshine brandy and tequila. Proof changes & flavor profile manipulation can be accomplished with the column plate drains.
