Also available with steam jacketed or jacketed electric oil bath boiler. Steam jacketed boiler requires 75 pph. Electric boiler includes agitator available in single or 3 phase wiring. CIP system is also included. Proof changes & flavor profile manipulation can be accomplished with the column plate drains.
